Xemu (50595) writes "A team of brain researchers at Sweden's Karolinska Institutet warns that a newly published compilation of more than one hundred scientific studies — based on over 130,000 individuals — show a strong connection between violent computer games and aggressive behavior and decreased empathy."

  • I dont mean to laugh but with the level of violence in all forms of media. Shit that you see on rotten and ogrish just dont phase me like they used to. We have been so overexposed to violence in mainstream media that its hard to draw the line between reality and fantasy. You know where empathy gets you? Depressed.. if you took a emotional stake in every piece of violence in the news in the real world. You wouldnt be able to raise your head when you think of the atrocities that mankind is capable of. Apathy
